Cancellation

You may cancel a readerxo subscription at any time through the available billing controls. Cancellation prevents the subscription from renewing after the current paid billing period.

After cancellation, subscription access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for. At that point, subscription-only access ends. Separately purchased works remain available according to their purchase terms.

Subscription and purchase charges already paid are non-refundable. readerxo does not provide prorated credits or refunds for unused time, partially used periods, or failure to use the Services, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Use the billing controls available from your account. If you cannot access those controls, contact readerxo Support before the next renewal date. Removing an app, signing out, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription.

A cancellation must be completed before the renewal is processed to prevent the next charge. Payment providers and banks may display pending or posted charges on their own schedules.

Closing an account does not erase completed transaction records that readerxo must retain for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or legal reasons. Resolve any active subscription before requesting account closure.
