Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and readerxo. By creating an account, purchasing a product, uploading content, or using the Services, you agree to these terms and the policies in the Policy Center.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you may bind it.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify Support promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, or share access to bypass plan, purchase, or permission limits.

readerxo supports discovering, publishing, purchasing, reading, listening to, watching, discussing, and promoting creative works. Availability may depend on the work, creator settings, device, region, account type, and purchased rights.

Technical features may be maintained or updated when reasonably necessary. These terms do not alter the features, access, or pricing promised in a purchase or subscription except as separately disclosed and permitted by law.

Prices, included features, billing frequency, renewal terms, taxes, and any creator share are shown in the applicable checkout or agreement. Completing a purchase authorizes the stated charge. Subscriptions renew as disclosed until canceled.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and access continues through the paid billing period. Charges already paid are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Payment and payout processing may be provided by third parties under their terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant readerxo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, display, perform, and distribute it as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Services and provide the experiences you select.

You represent that you hold all rights needed for your content, including text, images, audio, video, names, likenesses, music, and other material. You may not upload content that infringes another person’s rights.

readerxo grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services. You may not:

• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with the Services or security controls.
• Use content outside rights provided by its creator, your purchase, or applicable law.
• Impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, manipulate engagement, or evade enforcement.
• Use automation that burdens the Services or extracts protected readerxo or member data.
• Use the Services in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

We may investigate conduct and restrict content, features, or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or preserve security. Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination. Provisions that must survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain effective.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. readerxo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, commercial results, audience size, earnings, sales, or a specific outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, readerxo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
