What readerxo sends
readerxo sends transactional messages tied to your account: sign-in codes, receipts, club and session notices, and service notifications. These are sent by email and in the app.
Text messages
Where text messaging is offered, readerxo uses registered application-to-person messaging (10DLC) through a licensed provider. Text messages are sent only to a number you provided, for the purpose you provided it.
Consent
Providing a mobile number for a specific purpose is consent for messages of that purpose only. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchasing anything.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Opting out of texts does not stop transactional email required to operate your account, such as sign-in codes and receipts.
Member-to-member messages
Direct messages and club discussion posts are sent between members. Treat them as visible to their recipients and to club hosts and moderators where the surface is moderated. The Acceptable Use Policy applies.
Automated and bulk sending
Do not use readerxo to send unsolicited bulk messages, to harvest contact details, or to route traffic through readerxo for messaging unrelated to your club, works, or members.
Contact
