Refunds

Payments made to readerxo are non-refundable. This includes membership charges, club access, series purchases, and individual works, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You may cancel at any time from your billing controls in Studio. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, so cancelling early never shortens time you have bought.

Membership is charged for a period of access rather than for a quantity of consumption. Because access is delivered immediately and in full for that period, unused time is not credited back.

readerxo does not provide prorated credits for unused time, partially used periods, or failure to use the Services.

If you believe you were charged twice or charged in error, contact Support. A billing error is not a refund request and is corrected on its own terms.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.
